I couldn't help it! The spirit of the moment overcame me....
But do you mean it wasn't correct?
it was "transitional," i hope. think of it as the state bar releasing a dove to terra firma as we move into the postdiluvian world. (they did, after all, discipline the entire management committee of a venerable firm -- an unprecedented act that has caught the attention of management committees across the country.)
